The Brief:
Chaatwala is an Indian restaurant that wanted to strengthen its online presence and attract more local customers. Their main goal was to create a visually engaging Instagram feed that showcased their diverse menu, highlighted special promotions, and encouraged community engagement. They needed a cohesive social media strategy that not only reflected their brand identity but also increased audience interaction and foot traffic to the restaurant.
The approach:
To achieve Chaatwala’s goals, I developed a consistent and visually appealing Instagram aesthetic that aligned with the brand’s warm and vibrant identity. I designed engaging Instagram tiles featuring high-quality food photography, promotional graphics for discounts and special offers, and carousels showcasing menu items and ingredients. Additionally, I created interactive posts such as polls, Q&A sessions, and customer reviews to boost engagement.
Beyond content creation, I scheduled posts strategically to maximise visibility and reach. I crafted effective and action-driven captions that encouraged followers to visit the restaurant and try new dishes. By leveraging Instagram Insights, I tracked engagement, refined the content strategy, and optimised future posts to increase audience interaction.
